Notes & Terms of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Dr. Awa Ndiaye, a licensed Biologist registered with the Senegalese Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, for professional ecological and biological services rendered in and around Senegal Dakar during the period of 02 June 2025 to 13 June 2025.
- All fieldwork and laboratory analyses were conducted in compliance with Senegalese environmental regulations (Code de l'Environnement, Loi n° 2001-16) and the professional code of conduct for Biologists in Senegal.
- The EIA report (Ref 02) is the intellectual property of the Biologist and is licensed to SADD for the specific project described. Reproduction or third-party distribution requires written consent.
- Sample analysis results (Ref 05) will be delivered as a separate technical addendum within 10 business days of the final sample processing date. This Invoice covers the analytical work only; the addendum report is included at no additional charge.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Senegalese Code of Commerce.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Biologist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax rates if applicable.
