Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement between the Biologist, Dr. Thandiwe Mokoena, and the Western Cape Department of Environmental Affairs, Cape Town, South Africa. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, as stipulated in the contract.
- Please quote Invoice No. INV-2025-0487 on all correspondence and payments.
- Payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) to the bank account detailed below.
- Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, in line with the Late Payment of Interest Act 3 of 2003, South Africa.
- All biological data, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Biologist remain the property of the service provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
