Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Department regulations and the Colombo Municipal Council procurement guidelines for professional Biologist services.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Sri Lankan commercial law.
- All biological data, field notes, and research materials produced by the Biologist during the engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- The Biologist warrants that all services were performed in compliance with the Sri Lanka Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards and the Wildlife Department regulations applicable to the Colombo district.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any changes in applicable tax rates in Sri Lanka Colombo.
