Invoice Notes & Important Information
This Invoice is issued by a licensed Biologist operating under the regulatory framework of the Sudan Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. All biological fieldwork was conducted in compliance with Sudanese environmental protection laws and the Khartoum Municipal Authority permits.
The Biologist confirms that all specimens collected during the engagement in Sudan Khartoum and surrounding regions were handled, stored, and disposed of in accordance with national biosafety guidelines. No endangered species were collected or disturbed.
Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. The Biologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the stated due date of 30 June 2025.
All reports, data sets, and biological samples referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Biologist unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the findings for internal agricultural planning purposes within Sudan Khartoum and its administrative regions.
Terms and Conditions of this Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial agreement between the Biologist (Dr. Amal Hassan El-Tahir) and the Sudan National Agricultural Research Corporation for the services rendered in and around Sudan Khartoum during the period of 10 May 2025 to 12 June 2025.
2. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration under the Sudanese Commercial Arbitration Law, with proceedings held in Khartoum, Sudan.
3. The Biologist shall not be held liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, government-mandated fieldwork suspensions, or force majeure events affecting the Khartoum region.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Biologist may apply a 5% administrative surcharge to the outstanding balance.
5. All biological data included in the deliverables associated with this Invoice are subject to the Sudan National Data Protection Regulations. Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive ecological data is prohibited.
