Payment Terms and ConditionsImportant Invoice Terms
1. Payment Deadline: The total amount of this Invoice is due within 30 days of the date of issue, i.e., by 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Biologist's account at UBS AG, Switzerland Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7800 3456 7, BIC: UBSWCHZH80A).
2. Late Payment: In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 5% per annum (as defined under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations) shall accrue from the due date until full settlement. The Biologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in Switzerland Zurich until outstanding Invoice amounts are cleared.
3. Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the Biologist's services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Switzerland Zurich, Canton of Zurich. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
4.
