Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (Law No. 6102) and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Turkey. All amounts are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to the standard 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) applicable in Turkey Ankara.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the Biologist's designated account within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC Article 30).
3. The Biologist, Dr. Elif Kaya, confirms that all services rendered in Turkey Ankara during the specified service period were performed in full compliance with the Turkish Environmental Law (Law No. 2872), the Water Management Law (Law No. 1670), and applicable municipal regulations of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey. The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Biologist services rendered under Project Reference ANK-ECO-2025-Q2. No additional charges shall be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
6. The client is requested to retain this Invoice document for a minimum of 10 years in compliance with Turkish tax record-keeping requirements. A digital copy has been transmitted to the client's procurement email address on the date of issue.
