Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the applicable regulations of the Republic of Turkey. The Biologist named herein holds a valid professional license issued by the Istanbul Chamber of Engineers and Scientists, and all services described in this Invoice were performed within the jurisdiction of Turkey Istanbul.
The client acknowledges that the Biologist's professional judgment, scientific methodology, and field observations constitute the core deliverables referenced in this Invoice. Any disputes arising from the interpretation of this Invoice shall be resolved under the commercial courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
All biological samples, genetic data, and research materials handled by the Biologist during the execution of the services listed in this Invoice remain the exclusive intellectual property of Marmara Biotech Research Center A.Ş., unless otherwise stipulated in the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025.
This Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. The Biologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in Turkey Istanbul should payment remain overdue beyond the due date specified above.
