Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue, as per the standard commercial terms agreed between Whitfield Biological Consultancy Ltd and Meridian Environmental Solutions Ltd. Payment is to be made via BACS bank transfer to the account detailed below. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in the United Kingdom.
2. Scope of Services: All biological services rendered by the Biologist, Dr. Eleanor Whitfield, were performed in strict accordance with the professional standards set by the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) and the Royal Society of Biology. 3.
