Terms and Conditions:
1. All biomedical engineering services are performed by certified professionals in accordance with Indonesian healthcare regulations and international biomedical engineering standards.
2. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
3. All equipment calibrations and safety tests are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service, provided normal operating conditions are maintained.
4. Replacement parts used during repair services are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
5. This invoice is issued in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. VAT (PPN) is calculated at the current rate of 11%.
6. Any disputes regarding services rendered must be reported within 14 days of invoice receipt.
7. All work is performed at the client's facility in Indonesia Jakarta unless otherwise specified in the service contract.
8. MedTech Solutions Indonesia reserves the right to suspend services if payment terms are not met.
