1. All services are provided by certified Biomedical Engineers licensed to practice in Turkey and registered with the relevant professional associations.
2. All medical equipment services comply with Turkish Medical Devices Regulation, Ministry of Health guidelines, and applicable international standards including ISO 13485, IEC 60601 series, and relevant CE marking requirements.
3. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code.
4. All work is guaranteed for 90 days from completion date. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional charge.
5. This invoice represents professional Biomedical Engineering services rendered in Ankara, Turkey. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable labor costs but exclude spare parts unless specifically noted.
6. Disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved in accordance with Turkish law and subject to the jurisdiction of Ankara courts.
