- This invoice is subject to the laws of Uganda and jurisdiction of courts in Kampala.
- Withholding tax of 6% has been deducted as per Uganda Revenue Authority requirements.
- VAT is charged at the standard rate of 18% as per Uganda tax regulations.
- Any disputes regarding this invoice should be raised within 14 days of receipt.
- MedTech Solutions Uganda Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments exceeding 60 days.
