Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date (i.e., on or before 30 June 2025). Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account below, or by cash / cheque at the Master Carpenter Workshop office in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. A 50% advance payment of 135,915.00 BDT was received on 01 June 2025 (Receipt No: RCP-2025-0331). The remaining balance of 135,915.00 BDT is due upon final acceptance of all carpenter work.
Important Notes & Terms for This Invoice
1. All carpenter work described in this Invoice has been completed to the satisfaction of the client as per the original work order dated 05 June 2025. The client has inspected and approved all finished items at the Gulshan-2 residence in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
2. A 12-month warranty is provided on all carpenter-fabricated furniture items (items 1–4 and 6) covering structural defects, joint failure, and finish peeling. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, insect infestation, or improper use.
3. The window frame replacement (item 5) carries a 6-month warranty against warping or sealant failure under normal Dhaka climate conditions.
4. All wood materials sourced are certified from sustainable forests in Bangladesh and comply with the Bangladesh Forest Department's timber procurement regulations.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any changes in material costs.
6. For any disputes regarding the quality or scope of carpenter services, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation under the Bangladesh Consumer Protection Act, 2009, before pursuing legal action in the Dhaka District Courts.
