Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
This invoice is issued by Brussels Master Carpenter, a registered carpentry and woodwork enterprise operating in Belgium Brussels. The total amount of €18,634.00 (including 21% Belgian VAT) is due within 30 calendar days from the invoice date of 14 June 2025, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above (BE68 5390 0754 7034). Please reference the invoice number INV-2025-00847 in your transfer to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book XVII) shall apply, together with a fixed recovery cost of €40 per invoice as permitted under Belgian law.
All carpentry work described in this invoice was performed in accordance with Belgian building regulations and the applicable standards of the Brussels-Capital Region. The carpenter guarantees all workmanship for a period of 10 years (legal warranty under Belgian Civil Code, Articles 1792–1792-1) and 2 years for materials and components.
