Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All carpentry services listed on this Invoice were performed by licensed carpenters operating under the jurisdiction of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The lead Carpenter, David R. Thompson, holds an active BC Carpenter license and is registered with the Vancouver Carpenter Association.
2. A two-year workmanship warranty is included on all carpentry work detailed in this Invoice. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint alignment, and finish quality. The warranty is valid only for the original Canada Vancouver property where the work was completed.
3. All materials supplied by the Carpenter are of Canadian or North American origin where available, in compliance with local Vancouver building and environmental regulations.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the project described. No additional charges will be incurred unless a written change order is signed by both the Carpenter and the client prior to additional work commencing.
5. For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the carpentry services rendered, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Canada Vancouver before pursuing legal action under British Columbia provincial law.
