Notes & Additional Information
All carpentry work described in this invoice was performed by certified master carpenters operating out of our workshop in La Candelaria, Bogotá, Colombia. All wood materials used are sourced from legally managed forests in Colombia or certified international suppliers, in full compliance with the Colombian Environmental Ministry (Ministerio de Ambiente) regulations and the CITES international treaty on endangered species.
The carpenter team guarantees all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final installation and acceptance by the client. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint stability, and finish quality. Any defects arising from normal use within this period will be repaired at no additional cost by our carpentry team in Bogotá.
This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment and serves as a legal document under Colombian tax law (Estatuto Tributario). A duplicate copy may be requested by contacting our office. All prices are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are inclusive of materials, labor, and on-site installation within the Bogotá D.C. metropolitan area. Travel to locations outside Bogotá will be quoted separately.
