Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Accra Master Carpenter & Woodworks Ltd., GCB Bank, Accra Main Branch, Account No: 0045-8872-3311, or Mobile Money (MTN MoMo: 024 556 7890).
Payment Schedule: 40% advance deposit (GHS 58,018.00) due upon acceptance of this Invoice. 40% milestone payment (GHS 58,018.00) due upon completion of all interior carpentry work. Final 20% balance (GHS 29,009.00) due upon project handover and client sign-off.
Due Date: Full payment of this Invoice is due no later than 30 June 2025. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to outstanding balances after the due date in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law.
Currency: All amounts are quoted and payable in Ghana Cedis (GHS). This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Notes & Project Details
This Invoice covers all carpentry and woodwork services rendered by our team of skilled Carpenter professionals at the client's residence in East Legon, Accra, Ghana. All timber used is sourced from certified sustainable forests within Ghana and the West African region, ensuring compliance with the Forestry Commission of Ghana regulations.
- All custom furniture and cabinetry are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of installation against defects in workmanship and materials.
- The Carpenter team will operate on-site from 07:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, with a one-day weekly rest on Sunday.
- All wood finishes, varnishes, and sealants used are low-VOC, eco-friendly products suitable for indoor residential use in the Ghana Accra climate.
- Any additional carpentry work requested beyond the scope of this Invoice will be quoted separately and requires written client approval before commencement.
- Project completion is estimated at 60 working days from the date of the advance deposit receipt, subject to weather conditions and material availability in the Accra market.
