Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued by Sharma Carpentry & Woodworks, a registered Carpenter and woodworking firm based in Bangalore, India. All carpentry work has been executed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations applicable in Karnataka, India.
2. The above rates include all carpentry labour, skilled Carpenter wages, tools, and standard hardware. Premium hardware or special finishes beyond the specified materials will be charged additionally upon written approval.
3. A warranty of 12 months is provided on all carpentry workmanship from the date of final handover. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint stability, and hardware functionality. It does not cover damage caused by water, termites, or improper usage.
4. All wood materials used in this project are sourced from FSC-certified suppliers in Bangalore, India, ensuring sustainable and legally harvested timber. Material test certificates are available upon request.
5. Late payment beyond the due date will attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, as per standard commercial practice in India.
6. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please retain this document for your tax records and GST input credit claims in India.
