Notes & Terms of Service
- This Invoice is issued by a licensed Carpenter operating under the Italian artisan registry (Albo Artigiani) in the province of Naples, Italy. All carpentry work was performed in compliance with local building regulations and the Italian Civil Code provisions on artisanal contracts (Codice Civile, Art. 2222–2227).
- All wooden materials used in this project are certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or sourced from reclaimed Italian timber. The carpenter guarantees a minimum of five (5) years on all structural joinery and craftsmanship.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 296/2006, Art. 1).
- The client acknowledges that all custom carpentry pieces were fabricated to the specific dimensions and design approved in writing on 20 May 2025. Any modifications requested after the fabrication stage shall be subject to a separate quotation.
- This Invoice covers all labour, materials, tools, and on-site installation costs within the Italy Naples metropolitan area. Travel to locations outside the city of Naples (e.g., Sorrento, Amalfi Coast) would be billed separately at €1.20 per kilometre.
- The carpenter's workshop in Naples is open Monday through Saturday, 08:00–18:00. For warranty claims or post-installation adjustments, please contact the undersigned directly.
