Invoice Notes & Carpenter Service Details
This Invoice documents the complete scope of traditional carpenter services performed by our licensed Carpenter team at the Tanaka Residence in Japan Kyoto. All wood materials sourced are certified sustainable timber harvested from managed forests in the Kansai region of Japan.
The Carpenter work was executed in accordance with Japan Kyoto municipal building codes and the traditional craft standards maintained by the Kyoto City Preservation of Traditional Buildings Association. All joinery techniques employed follow the centuries-old methods practiced by master carpenters in the Japan Kyoto region.
Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice issue date. Please reference Invoice Number KYO-CRP-2025-00347 on all correspondence and remittances. Bank transfer details: Kyoto Bank, Higashiyama Branch, Account No. 448-221-0091, Holder: Kyoto Traditional Carpentry Co., Ltd.
A 5% early payment discount applies if the full Invoice amount is settled within 10 business days of the issue date. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge as per standard Japan Kyoto commercial practice.
Terms & Conditions – Carpenter Services in Japan Kyoto
1. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Carpenter services quoted may be subject to material cost adjustments.
2. All carpenter work completed under this Invoice carries a 5-year structural warranty and a 2-year finish warranty, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
3. The Carpenter is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons) common to the Japan Kyoto region after project completion.
4. Any additional carpentry work requested after the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and supplemental Invoice.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Japan Kyoto District Court in accordance with Japanese commercial law.
6. The Carpenter reserves the right to inspect completed work at 6-month and 12-month intervals to ensure long-term structural integrity of all carpentry elements installed in Japan Kyoto.
