Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax regulations and the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 of Kenya.
- All carpenter work described in this Invoice has been completed and inspected by the client's representative on 13 June 2025. A signed completion certificate is attached to the project file.
- A 12-month workmanship warranty applies to all carpenter fabrication and installation work performed under this Invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, or third-party interference.
- Timber materials used in this project comply with the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) requirements and have been sourced from legally managed forests in Kenya. All wood products carry valid CITES documentation where applicable.
- Payment is due within 14 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under the Kenyan Interest Act, 1997.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in timber material costs in the Kenya Nairobi market.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
- GreenWood Carpentry & Joinery Ltd. is a registered carpenter and joinery firm operating in Kenya Nairobi with a valid business permit from the Nairobi City County Government and a valid KRA Tax Compliance Certificate.
