Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all carpentry services rendered by Atlas Woodcraft Carpentry Services for the residential renovation project located in Casablanca, Morocco. All wood materials used are certified sustainable timber sourced from approved Moroccan and European suppliers. The Carpenter team completed all work in accordance with Moroccan building codes and residential construction standards. All finishes are low-VOC and environmentally compliant. The client has inspected and approved all completed carpentry work on 14 June 2025. A 2-year warranty applies to all structural carpentry work and a 1-year warranty to all finishing work.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice date as specified above. Failure to remit payment by the due date will result in a late fee of 1.5% per month applied to the outstanding balance, in accordance with Moroccan commercial regulations.
2. All carpentry work described in this Invoice has been completed and accepted by the client. Any additional work or modifications requested after project completion will be subject to a separate Invoice and quotation.
3. Atlas Woodcraft Carpentry Services provides a 24-month warranty on all structural carpentry elements (kitchen cabinets, wardrobe systems, window frames) and a 12-month warranty on all surface finishing, staining, and lacquer work. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Carpenter project lead within the warranty period.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated carpentry services shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
5. All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). VAT at the standard rate of 20% is included as per Moroccan tax legislation. This Invoice must be retained for the client's accounting and tax records.
6. The Carpenter team operated in full compliance with Moroccan occupational health and safety regulations. All workers were properly insured under the CNSS (Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale) during the project duration.
