Invoice Notes & Carpenter Service Details
This Invoice covers all carpentry work performed by our team of licensed Carpenter professionals at the client's private residence in Sanchaung Township, Myanmar Yangon. All wood materials sourced are certified sustainable teak harvested from managed forests in northern Myanmar. The Carpenter team adhered to Myanmar national building codes and safety standards throughout the project duration of 14 working days from 1 June 2025 to 14 June 2025.
All custom furniture pieces were pre-assembled in our Myanmar Yangon workshop and transported to the site for final fitting. The lead Carpenter, U Kyaw Zin Oo, supervised all on-site work and conducted a final quality inspection on 14 June 2025, which was signed off by the client.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice issue date (30 June 2025). Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Myanmar commercial practice.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (CB Bank, AYA Bank, KBZ Bank – Myanmar Yangon branches), cash payment at our Myanmar Yangon workshop, or mobile payment via Wave Money / KBZPay.
- A 50% advance deposit was received on 28 May 2025 (Invoice GTC-2025-00471) and has been deducted from this final Invoice balance. Remaining balance due: 17,439,000 MMK.
- All Carpenter workmanship is covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of final installation. Warranty covers structural integrity, joint stability, and hardware function. It does not cover damage from water exposure, pest infestation, or unauthorized modifications.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days. After expiry, material costs may be adjusted based on current Myanmar Yangon timber market rates.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with jurisdiction in Yangon District Court.
- Golden Teak Carpentry Co. is a registered business entity in Myanmar Yangon, operating under the Ministry of Commerce. This Invoice serves as the official tax document for the carpentry services rendered.
