Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued by Shree Himalayan Woodcraft & Carpentry Services Pvt. Ltd., a registered Carpenter firm operating in Nepal Kathmandu, for professional carpentry and woodwork services rendered to the client named above. All work has been completed and inspected at the project site in Boudha, Kathmandu, Nepal.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Nabil Bank Ltd., Branch: Baneshwor, Account No.: 001-456789-01, or via cash receipt at our Kathmandu office. A 2% late fee will be applied to overdue amounts after the due date.
3. All carpenter workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and structural integrity of the wooden elements. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), pest infestation, or improper maintenance by the client.
4. The Carpenter team adhered to all safety standards prescribed by the Department of Industry, Government of Nepal, and the Kathmandu Metropolitan City building regulations. All materials used are sourced from legally harvested, certified timber suppliers within Nepal.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated carpenter services shall be resolved through the Kathmandu District Court or through mutual arbitration as per the Contract Act of Nepal (2056).
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current material costs and labor rates in Nepal Kathmandu may be issued.
7. The client acknowledges receipt of all finished carpenter work items listed in this Invoice and confirms satisfaction with the quality of workmanship, finish, and installation.
