Invoice Notes & Carpenter's Remarks
This Invoice is issued by Abuja Master Carpenter & Woodworks Ltd., a registered carpentry and woodwork firm operating in Nigeria Abuja, in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines for commercial invoicing in the Federal Capital Territory.
All carpentry work described in this Invoice was executed by our in-house team of qualified Carpenters under the direct supervision of Mr. Emeka Okafor, Lead Carpenter. The materials sourced are certified sustainable timber procured from licensed suppliers within Nigeria Abuja and the surrounding FCT zones.
The client is advised that a 12-month warranty is provided on all carpentry workmanship covered by this Invoice. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint stability, and finish quality. It does not cover damage caused by water exposure, pest infestation, or improper maintenance by the client or third parties.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Kindly remit the total amount to our designated bank account: Zenith Bank PLC, Account Name: Abuja Master Carpenter & Woodworks Ltd., Account Number: 1012-3456-7890, Branch: Garki, Abuja, Nigeria. Please reference the Invoice number AMC/ABJ/2025/0047 on all payments.
Should the client require any amendments, additional carpentry services, or a revised Invoice, please contact our office in Nigeria Abuja within the payment window. A revised Invoice will be issued at no additional administrative charge for corrections or clarifications.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for carpentry services rendered by our Carpenter team at the client's property in Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria. Acceptance of the completed work as confirmed by the client's written sign-off constitutes acceptance of this Invoice.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in line with standard commercial practice in Nigeria Abuja for trade and service invoices.
3. All carpentry materials and workmanship are subject to inspection within seven (7) days of project completion. Any defects identified within this period will be rectified by our Carpenter team at no additional cost to the client.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated pricing if material costs have changed in the Nigeria Abuja market.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
6. This Invoice is issued in one (1) original copy. The client shall retain the original, and our office shall retain a digital copy for tax and accounting records as required by the FIRS.
