Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Adewale & Sons Carpenter Workshop, a registered carpentry and woodworking firm operating in Nigeria Lagos. All carpenter services rendered under this Invoice are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final installation.
2. The Carpenter named on this Invoice, Master Carpenter Adewale Okafor, holds a valid National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) certification and a Lagos State Trade Practitioner License. All work is performed in accordance with Nigerian Building and Road Works Corporation (NABRDC) standards.
3. All timber and wood materials used in the carpenter fabrication process are sourced from certified sustainable forestry operations within Nigeria and comply with the Nigerian Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria (FORIN) regulations.
4. A 5% early payment discount applies if this Invoice is settled in full before 22 June 2025. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Nigerian commercial law.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all carpenter services, materials, and charges for Project Reference CARP-LAG-2025-017. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
