Notes & Remarks
This Invoice is issued by Al-Karam Carpenter Workshop, a registered carpentry and furniture fabrication business operating in Pakistan Karachi. All carpenter services described above have been quoted based on on-site measurements taken on 10 June 2025 at the client's residence in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
The lead Carpenter, Ustad Muhammad Iqbal, has over 22 years of experience in residential and commercial woodwork. All materials used are sourced from verified timber suppliers in Karachi and meet Sindh Board of Trade quality standards. The client has approved the design sketches and material selection prior to the issuance of this Invoice.
Please note that any additional carpenter work requested after the commencement of fabrication will be billed separately and will require a supplementary Invoice. All work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of final installation, covering structural integrity and joinery workmanship only.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision due to fluctuating timber and material costs in the Pakistan Karachi market.
2. The Carpenter workshop reserves the right to substitute equivalent-grade wood if the specified variety is unavailable, subject to prior written approval from the client.
3. All carpenter work is to be completed within 45 working days from the date of advance payment receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area and ensuring that electrical and water connections are available at the installation site in Karachi.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Karachi District Courts, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Sindh.
6. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty against normal wear and tear. The 12-month guarantee covers only manufacturing defects and joinery failures.
