Invoice Notes & Payment Details
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to BDO Unibank, Account No. 0123-4567-8901, A/C Name: Manila Master Carpenter Co.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Invoice; 50% balance due upon completion and final inspection of all carpenter work. Full payment due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice.
Early Payment Discount: A 5% discount applies if the full balance is settled within 14 days of this Invoice date. The discount has been applied to the Grand Total above.
Warranty: All carpenter workmanship is covered under a 24-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers structural integrity, joint failures, and finish defects attributable to the Carpenter's workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or third-party modifications.
Project Location: All carpentry services referenced in this Invoice shall be performed at the client's residence in Philippines Manila, Quezon City, as specified in the signed Service Agreement dated June 1, 2025.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for carpenter services rendered by Manila Master Carpenter Co. in the Philippines Manila area. All amounts are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to the prevailing 12% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines.
2. The Carpenter contractor reserves the right to adjust material costs by up to 10% should there be significant market fluctuations in wood pricing between the date of this Invoice and the date of material procurement. Any such adjustment will be communicated in writing to the client prior to purchase.
3. All carpenter work shall comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096) and applicable local ordinances of the city or municipality within Philippines Manila where the project is situated. The Carpenter assumes responsibility for structural soundness of all woodwork delivered.
4. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until full settlement is received.
5. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Carpenter reserves the right to re-quote materials and labor rates based on current market conditions in the Philippines Manila region.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated carpenter services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Philippines Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines.
7. The client acknowledges that all wood materials used in this project are sourced from legally harvested and sustainably managed forests in compliance with the Philippine Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) regulations.
