1. This Invoice is valid for payment within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

3. The Carpenter provides a 24-month warranty on all custom-fabricated wooden items (bookcase, staircase, ceiling panels) and a 12-month warranty on installation and repair work. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Carpenter's office in Russia Saint Petersburg.
