Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by MasterCraft Carpenter Services Pte. Ltd., a registered Carpenter and joinery company operating in Singapore Singapore. All Carpenter services described herein were performed in accordance with the approved work order and the client's specifications.
Payment Method: Please remit the total Invoice amount of SGD 12,542.40 via bank transfer to DBS Bank, Account No. 012-345678-9, Account Name: MasterCraft Carpenter Services Pte. Ltd. Please reference Invoice No. MC-2025-04871 in your transfer remarks.
Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. A 5% early payment discount applies if the full Invoice amount is settled within seven (7) days. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Singapore Singapore commercial practice.
Warranty: All Carpenter workmanship is covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in the Carpenter's fabrication, fitting, and finishing work but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorised modifications by third parties.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between MasterCraft Carpenter Services Pte. Ltd. (the Carpenter service provider) and the client named above. All terms are governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore.
2. The Carpenter services rendered are final upon client sign-off of the completion certificate. Any variations or additional Carpenter work requested after sign-off will be subject to a separate Invoice.
3. All materials supplied as part of this Carpenter project are of the grade and specification agreed upon in the initial quotation. Substitutions, if any, will be communicated in writing prior to installation.
4. The Carpenter team will adhere to all HDB and BCA guidelines applicable to residential renovation works in Singapore Singapore. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary HDB approval or permits prior to the commencement of Carpenter works.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Carpenter services shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore before any legal proceedings are initiated.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Carpenter service provider reserves the right to re-quote material costs due to market fluctuations.
