Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by WoodCraft Carpentry & Joinery, a registered Carpenter and joinery services provider operating in Cape Town, South Africa. Please note the following terms governing this Invoice:
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment may be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the following account: FNB, Account Name: WoodCraft Carpentry & Joinery (Pty) Ltd, Account No: 6284519037, Branch Code: 250655. Please quote Invoice number WC-2025-0487 as payment reference.
- A 2% early payment discount applies if full settlement is received within seven (7) days of the Invoice date.
- Overdue amounts will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Late Payment of Invoice Interest Act 4 of 2011 (South Africa).
- All carpentry work described in this Invoice is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion against defects in workmanship and materials.
- This Invoice is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
