Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all carpentry services rendered by Seoul Master Carpenter Co., Ltd. at the Seoul Grand Hotel & Resort premises in Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea, between May 5, 2025 and June 14, 2025.
2. All materials used in this project comply with the Korean Building Standards (KS) and the Seoul Metropolitan Government's interior construction regulations. All timber products are certified FSC-compliant and sourced from verified South Korea Seoul and regional suppliers.
3. The carpentry work described in this Invoice has been completed and inspected. A final walkthrough was conducted on June 14, 2025, with the client's Facilities Director present. All items were accepted in satisfactory condition.
4. A 24-month warranty is provided on all custom carpentry work, including joinery, finishes, and structural integrity. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the undersigned Master Carpenter within the warranty period.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Korean Tax Code and the Electronic Invoice and Receipt Act. A digital copy of this Invoice has been registered with the National Tax Service of Korea (NTS) e-Tax system.
6. For any disputes regarding the amounts or services listed on this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, before pursuing legal action in the Seoul Central District Court.
