Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Robles & Hijos Carpintería, a registered Carpenter services company operating in Spain Madrid, in accordance with the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) and applicable regional regulations of the Comunidad de Madrid.
2. All carpentry work described in this Invoice was performed by qualified and certified Carpenter professionals holding valid credentials issued by the Instituto de Formación Profesional de Madrid. The lead Carpenter, D. Antonio Robles Vega, holds a Master Carpenter (Maestro Carpintero) certification with over 28 years of experience in residential and commercial woodwork.
3. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, BIC/SWIFT: CADEESBBXXX, held at Banco Santander, Spain Madrid branch. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-0347 in all correspondence.
4. A warranty of twelve (12) months applies to all carpentry workmanship detailed in this Invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, structural movement of the building, or unauthorised modifications to the carpentry work by third parties.
5. All timber materials used in this project are sourced from certified sustainable forests compliant with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) standards, in line with the environmental regulations of Spain Madrid and the European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR).
6. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for the carpentry project referenced above. Any additional work or variations requested after the completion date must be documented in a separate supplementary Invoice with prior written approval from the client.
7. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to seek resolution through the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) of the Comunidad de Madrid before pursuing any legal action in the courts of Spain Madrid.
