Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 14 calendar days of the issue date, no later than 28 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above (ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332) in the name of Valencia Master Carpenter S.L. Please reference Invoice number VMC-2025-0347 in the transfer description. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Spanish Law 3/2004 on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions. The Carpenter reserves the right to suspend any ongoing work if payment is not received by the due date. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Notes & Additional Information
- All carpentry materials used are certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) compliant, sourced from sustainable suppliers in Spain Valencia and the surrounding Comunitat Valenciana region.
- The Carpenter provides a 24-month warranty on all workmanship and a 5-year warranty on structural joinery. This warranty is valid only for work performed at the specified address in Valencia, Spain.
- Any additional work or changes requested by the client after the initial scope will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
- This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) electronic invoicing requirements (Factura Electrónica) and the regional tax regulations of the Comunitat Valenciana.
- The Carpenter, Valencia Master Carpenter S.L., is registered with the Valencia Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de Comercio de Valencia) and holds a valid trade license for carpentry and woodwork services in Spain Valencia.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the competent courts of Valencia, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with Spanish civil law.
