Invoice Notes & Carpenter Remarks
This Invoice covers all carpenter work performed by Al-Nile Master Carpenter Workshop for the Al-Rashid Real Estate Development project located in Sudan Khartoum. All woodwork was executed in accordance with the approved architectural drawings and the specifications outlined in the original contract dated 20 March 2025.
The Carpenter team utilized premium-grade hardwoods sourced from certified suppliers in Khartoum and the surrounding regions. All finishes were applied using eco-friendly, water-based varnishes compliant with Sudanese building standards. The client is advised to allow a minimum of 72 hours for the final varnish to cure before heavy use of the installed carpenter products.
Please note that any additional carpenter modifications or adjustments requested after the final sign-off will be subject to a separate Invoice and additional charges as per the workshop's standard rate card.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Sudanese commercial law applicable in Khartoum.
- All carpenter work described in this Invoice is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance by the client in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Carpenter workshop shall not be liable for damage to installed woodwork caused by improper maintenance, water damage, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the account specified below. Cheques must be drawn in favor of "Al-Nile Master Carpenter Workshop."
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of carpenter services rendered. No verbal agreements or side arrangements shall be considered binding unless documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
