Notes & Terms of Service
This invoice is issued by Stadtholz Carpenter Services AG, a registered carpentry and woodworking firm operating in Switzerland Zurich. All carpenter work described above was performed by a licensed Swiss Master Carpenter in full compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications and the cantonal regulations of the Canton of Zurich.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (15 July 2025) via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 5% per annum as defined under Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104). In the event of non-payment after 14 days past the due date, a late fee of CHF 50.00 will be applied.
All carpenter workmanship is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. Material defects in the Swiss-sourced timber are covered under the manufacturer's guarantee. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, structural changes to the building, or acts of God.
The client acknowledges that all timber used in this project was harvested from sustainably managed forests within Switzerland and meets the environmental standards set by the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN). Disposal of wood offcuts and packaging was handled in accordance with the City of Zurich's waste management guidelines.
Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated carpenter services shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland. The parties agree to attempt mediation through the Swiss Arbitration Centre (SAI) before initiating legal proceedings.
