Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Bangkok Master Carpenter Co., Ltd., a registered Carpenter and woodwork contractor operating in Thailand Bangkok. Payment of the full amount of THB 585,165.00 (Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Five Baht only) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Bangkok Bank, Account No. 441-2-56789-0, in the name of Bangkok Master Carpenter Co., Ltd. Please reference Invoice No. BKC-2025-04782 in your transfer memo. Cheques are not accepted for this Invoice.
A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any changes in material costs for Carpenter-grade timber and hardware sourced within Thailand Bangkok.
Notes & Additional Information
All Carpenter work described in this Invoice has been completed and inspected at the client's residence in Thailand Bangkok. The final walkthrough and client acceptance was conducted on 12 June 2025, and the signed completion certificate is on file with our project management team.
All custom woodwork is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final installation, covering defects in Carpenter craftsmanship, joinery, and structural integrity. This warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, pest infestation, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the address listed above.
All timber materials used in this project are sourced from certified sustainable forestry operations in Thailand and comply with the Forestry Department of Thailand regulations. The Carpenter team utilized teak, rosewood, walnut, and mahogany as specified in the approved project drawings (Ref: THB-RES-2025-0341-DRW).
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Thai Revenue Department's electronic invoicing requirements. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted to the client's registered email address.
