Invoice Notes & Carpenter Service Details
This Invoice documents the complete carpentry project executed by MasterCraft Carpenter Services at the client's residential property located in the Yenimahalle district of Turkey Ankara. All carpenter work was performed in accordance with the project specifications agreed upon during the initial consultation on 20 May 2025.
All materials used in this carpenter project are sourced from certified Turkish timber suppliers operating within Turkey Ankara and the surrounding Eskişehir and Bolu provinces. The oak and walnut used meet the TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) quality certifications for structural and decorative woodwork.
The carpenter team assigned to this project consists of two senior carpenters with over 15 years of combined experience in residential and commercial woodwork, one junior carpenter apprentice, and one finishing specialist. All work was completed within the Turkey Ankara service area between 22 May 2025 and 12 June 2025.
Payment for this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Article 30).
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the carpenter service provider reserves the right to re-quote material costs due to market fluctuations in Turkey Ankara.
2. All carpenter work covered by this Invoice carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, material failure, and workmanship issues. The warranty is valid only for the original client and the Turkey Ankara installation location.
3. The carpenter service provider is not liable for damage caused by improper maintenance, environmental factors (excessive humidity, direct sunlight exposure), or unauthorized modifications to the carpenter-crafted items.
4. Any additional carpenter work requested after the completion of this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and a new Invoice document.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Ankara Commercial Courts in Turkey Ankara, in accordance with Turkish law.
6. The client acknowledges that all carpenter measurements were taken on-site in Turkey Ankara and approved in writing before fabrication commenced. The carpenter service provider is not responsible for discrepancies arising from post-approval structural changes to the property.
