Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Kampala Master Carpenter Ltd., a registered carpentry and woodworking firm operating in Kampala, Uganda. All amounts are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Payment is to be made within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice via bank transfer to our account at Stanbic Bank Uganda (Account: 0104-5218-733, Branch: Kampala Road) or by mobile money (MTN MoMo / Airtel Money) to +256 772 345 678.
Please reference Invoice Number KMC-2025-00847 on all payments. A 2% late payment penalty will be applied to any balance outstanding beyond the due date of 30 June 2025. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. For any queries regarding this Invoice or the carpenter services rendered, please contact our office in Kampala, Uganda during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Terms & Conditions of Service
- All carpenter work described in this Invoice has been completed and inspected at the client's premises in Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda, and accepted by the client on 12 June 2025.
- Kampala Master Carpenter Ltd. provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all custom carpenter items listed in this Invoice. The warranty covers structural defects and material failure under normal domestic use.
- Any additional carpenter services requested after the completion of this project will be subject to a separate Invoice and quotation.
- All materials sourced for this project comply with the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) regulations for timber and wood products.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Kampala Master Carpenter Ltd. and the client as identified above, governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, before any legal proceedings are initiated.
