Terms and Conditions – Carpenter Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Al Noor Carpenter Services LLC, a registered carpentry and joinery firm operating in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. All work described herein was performed in compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality building codes and the UAE Civil Defence requirements for interior finishing works.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- All carpentry workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water ingress, or unauthorized modifications.
- The Carpenter team shall maintain full site insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project as mandated by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
- Any variation or additional scope of work beyond the original contract must be approved in writing by the client before execution. A supplementary Invoice will be issued for approved variations.
- All timber and wood products used in this project are FSC-certified or equivalent, in compliance with UAE environmental regulations and Abu Dhabi sustainability guidelines.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and VAT calculations may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Arab Emirates.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated carpentry services shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts in accordance with the UAE Civil and Commercial Transactions Law.
