1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Carpenter services rendered by Blackwood & Sons Carpenter Services Ltd in Birmingham, United Kingdom. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all works described herein.
2. All timber materials used in this project are FSC-certified or equivalent, sourced from sustainable forestry operations in the United Kingdom and certified European suppliers, in compliance with the UK Timber Regulation (SI 2017/1051).
3. The Carpenter works were completed to the specifications agreed in the original quotation dated 20 May 2025. Any variations or additional works requested during the project have been documented and are included in this Invoice.
4. This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Carpenter services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
5. Blackwood & Sons Carpenter Services Ltd holds full public liability insurance (£5,000,000) and professional indemnity insurance (£2,000,000) as required for Carpenter and joinery operations in the United Kingdom. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
