- All carpentry work performed by Golden Oak Carpenter Co. in United States Los Angeles is backed by a two-year workmanship warranty covering structural integrity, joinery, and finish quality. This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer warranties on materials.
- The lead Carpenter, Marcus D. Ellison, holds a California Class C-6 Carpentry Contractor License and has completed 14 years of residential and commercial carpentry in the Los Angeles area. All work complies with the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Title 11 and the California Building Standards Code.
- Golden Oak Carpenter Co. carries $2,000,000 general liability insurance and $1,000,000 workers' compensation coverage, as required for all Carpenter operations in the State of California. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- All materials used in this project were sourced from United States-based suppliers within the Los Angeles metropolitan area to ensure quality control, reduce shipping costs, and support local businesses in the community.
- The client, Mr. Whitfield, inspected and approved all completed carpentry work on June 10, 2025. A signed punch-list clearance form is on file with this Invoice.
- This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the project referenced above. No additional charges will be incurred unless a written change order is executed by both parties prior to commencement of additional Carpenter work.
