Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Tashkent Master Carpenter Co., a registered carpentry and woodwork firm operating in Uzbekistan Tashkent, in accordance with the Republic of Uzbekistan Commercial Code and applicable tax regulations.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- All Carpenter services described in this Invoice have been performed at the client's premises in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and are subject to a 24-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: National Bank of Uzbekistan, Account No. 0001234567890, SWIFT: NBUZUZ2X, in favor of Tashkent Master Carpenter Co.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Carpenter team reserves the right to re-quote materials and labor rates due to market fluctuations in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- All wood materials used in the Carpenter work are sourced from certified suppliers in Uzbekistan and comply with local environmental and safety standards. Material certificates are available upon request.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- The lead Carpenter, Mr. Aziz Rahimov, holds a valid professional certification issued by the Uzbekistan Ministry of Construction and is authorized to sign off on all workmanship deliverables referenced in this Invoice.
Notes and Remarks
This Invoice covers the complete Phase II carpentry scope as outlined in Contract UZ-CD-2025-112. The Carpenter team completed all installation work on 12 June 2025, and the site was handed over to the client for inspection on the same date. No punch-list items remain outstanding. The client is requested to sign the acceptance certificate within 5 business days to finalize this Invoice and activate the warranty period.
