Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice for carpenter services rendered in Venezuela Caracas is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The total amount of $17,782.40 USD (Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Forty Cents) may be settled via the following methods:

Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all carpenter work, materials, and labor as described in the line items above. Any additional carpenter modifications or change orders requested by the client after project completion will be invoiced separately.
2. All woodwork and carpenter craftsmanship completed under this Invoice carries a warranty of twelve (12) months against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid only for work performed in Venezuela Caracas and its metropolitan area.
3. The carpenter team assigned to this project was led by Ing. José Antonio Herrera, a licensed master carpenter with over 22 years of experience in residential and commercial woodwork throughout Venezuela Caracas and the surrounding states.
4. All timber and wood products used in this project comply with the environmental regulations set forth by the Instituto Nacional de Parques (INPARQUES) and the Ministry of Environment of Venezuela. Certificates of legal origin are available upon request.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current material costs and exchange rates applicable in Venezuela Caracas will be required.
6. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. A signed copy of this Invoice should be returned to our office in Venezuela Caracas within five (5) business days.
