All carpentry work described in this Invoice was performed in accordance with Vietnamese building codes and residential construction standards applicable to Ho Chi Minh City.
The Carpenter team assigned to this project completed all work on June 12, 2025, and the final walkthrough inspection was conducted with the client on the same date. All materials used are certified and sourced from approved suppliers within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding provinces.
A 12-month warranty is included with this Invoice, covering workmanship defects on all carpentry items listed above. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, water damage, pest infestation, or unauthorized modifications to the Carpenter-installed fixtures.
