Reference: Please quote Invoice No. HMC-2025-0347 as the payment reference to ensure proper allocation of funds.
Due Date: Full payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 28 June 2025.
Warranty: All carpentry workmanship is covered under a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of final installation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
Materials: All timber used in this project is sourced from certified sustainable forestry operations in Zimbabwe and complies with the Forestry Commission of Zimbabwe regulations.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Harare Master Carpenter & Woodworks (the "Carpenter") and Chikafu Properties (Pvt) Ltd (the "Client") for the carpentry and woodwork services described herein.
2. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as per the prevailing exchange rate in Zimbabwe Harare at the time of invoicing. Any currency fluctuation exceeding 5% prior to the due date may result in a revised Invoice.
3. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Zimbabwean Creditors Rights Act.
4. The Carpenter reserves the right to suspend work on-site if payment milestones are not met within the stipulated timeframe.
5. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
6. This Invoice is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Carpenter reserves the right to re-quote materials and labour costs.
