Invoice Terms & Conditions – Chef Services in Afghanistan Kabul
This Invoice (Reference: KCS-2025-0417) is issued by Kabul Culinary Services LLC for professional Chef services rendered in Afghanistan Kabul. The following terms govern this Invoice and the associated Chef engagement:
- Payment Terms: The full amount stated on this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Kabul Culinary Services LLC, Kabul National Bank, Account No. 0045-8821-3376, Afghanistan Kabul branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month.
- Chef Availability: Chef Faridullah Karimi is contracted exclusively for the engagement period specified. Any cancellation by the client with less than 72 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the remaining Invoice balance.
- Service Scope: All Chef services are to be performed at the client's designated premises in Afghanistan Kabul. Travel to supplier locations within Afghanistan Kabul and approved regional sourcing trips are included. International travel is not covered under this Invoice.
- Food Safety & Compliance: The Chef shall adhere to all food safety regulations enforced by the Afghanistan Kabul municipal health authority. The monthly sanitation audit (Line Item 6) is mandatory and non-negotiable.
- Halal Compliance: All ingredients procured and all dishes prepared by the Chef shall be 100% halal-certified in accordance with Islamic dietary law as observed in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Chef service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Afghanistan Kabul before any legal proceedings are initiated.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Afghanistan Kabul.
