Payment Terms & Notes
- This invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date of 15 June 2025, no later than 15 July 2025, by bank transfer to the IBAN specified above.
- All services rendered by Chef Laurent Van den Berg were performed in Brussels, Belgium, and are subject to Belgian VAT legislation (Code TVA, Book I, Title I).
- Payment should reference Invoice No. INV-2025-00847 to ensure proper accounting reconciliation on both parties' records.
- In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Law of 2 August 1992 on late payment in commercial transactions shall apply, in addition to a fixed compensation of forty euros (EUR 40.00) as provided under Article 5 of the same law.
