Terms and Conditions – Chef Services Invoice
This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all Chef services rendered by Chef Antoine Laurent and his team for the private dining event held in Toronto, Canada. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
- All Chef services were performed in full compliance with the Ontario Food Safety Act and the City of Toronto's municipal health and safety regulations. The Chef holds a valid Ontario Food Handler Certificate and a current liability insurance policy covering all operations within Canada.
- The menu and all culinary preparations were designed specifically for this event in Toronto, Canada, utilizing locally sourced ingredients from Ontario farms and Toronto-area suppliers wherever possible.
- Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately and require prior written approval from both the Chef and the client.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Payment is due in full by July 15, 2025. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in service suspension for future bookings and the application of statutory interest as permitted under the Ontario Business Corporations Act.
- All personal data collected in connection with this Invoice and the associated Chef services will be handled in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada and the Ontario Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the Chef services described herein shall be resolved through mediation in the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
