Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This invoice is issued by Chef Alexandre Moreau, operating as Moreau Culinary Arts & Private Chef Services, a registered business in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. All services were performed in and around the City of Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
2. The Chef warrants that all culinary services described in this invoice were performed in full compliance with the British Columbia Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations and the Vancouver Municipal Bylaw governing food preparation and service.
3. All ingredient costs listed in Item 05 are at cost plus a 10% handling surcharge. The Chef is not liable for any price fluctuations in the Vancouver seafood and produce markets beyond the quoted amounts.
4. The 2% early payment discount applies if the full invoice amount is received on or before June 22, 2025. After this date, the full subtotal plus applicable GST shall be due by the stated due date.
5. This invoice constitutes a binding agreement for the services rendered. Any disputes regarding the scope of Chef services or the accuracy of charges shall be resolved under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, with jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Vancouver Registry.
6. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-0487 in all correspondence and payment remittances. Direct any questions regarding this invoice to the Chef's office at the contact details provided above.
7. Moreau Culinary Arts maintains full public liability insurance (Policy #PL-2025-4471) and professional indemnity coverage for all Chef services delivered in Canada Vancouver and surrounding regions.
