Invoice Notes & Chef Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Chef Mahmoud Hassan El-Amin, a licensed culinary professional operating exclusively in Egypt Alexandria, in accordance with the terms of the Master Service Agreement (Contract No. MSA-2025-0112) signed on 1 May 2025 between the parties.
All Chef services rendered during the billing period were performed at the client's premises located in the Smouha and Corniche districts of Egypt Alexandria. The Chef maintained full compliance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health food handling regulations and the Alexandria Governorate's commercial kitchen licensing requirements throughout the engagement.
Ingredient costs, equipment rental, and transportation expenses incurred during the Chef's on-site work are included in the rates specified above. Any additional premium ingredients requested by the client beyond the agreed menu specifications shall be billed separately on a subsequent Invoice.
The Chef's professional liability insurance (Policy No. IL-EG-2025-7781) remains active for the duration of this service period, covering all culinary operations conducted within Egypt Alexandria.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month as stipulated under Egyptian Commercial Law.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) of 14% and Service Tax of 5% as mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
- The Chef reserves the right to suspend services immediately upon receipt of a written notice of non-payment exceeding thirty (30) days from the due date of any outstanding Invoice.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Chef services in Egypt Alexandria shall be resolved through the Alexandria Commercial Court in accordance with Egyptian law.
- This Invoice constitutes a final accounting for the service period specified. No additional charges for the listed services shall be made after the due date without prior written amendment signed by both parties.
- The Chef's intellectual property rights over all original recipes, menu designs, and culinary techniques developed during this engagement remain with the Chef unless otherwise agreed in writing.
